KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned counsel for the State. Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 379 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is of killing the son of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in this case. He has committed no offence. Dead body of deceased was found on railway track. It has been stated in the postmortem report that injuries is caused by hard and blunt substance which may be caused by rail traffic injuries. He has no criminal antecedent and

Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the grant of bail to petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- X, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 379 of 2017.
