The petitioners seek bail in Belaganj P.S. Case No. 05 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law (llqj) and petitioner no. 2 is elder brother-in-law (HkSalqj) of the deceased and have been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that specific allegation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. There is general and omnibus allegation of torture against petitioners. Petitioner are living separately and have got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioners is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - II, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S.
