JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 The petitioners are the Ward Councilors, Nagar Panchayat Ekma Bazar, District Saran and are aggrieved by the manner in which "No Confidence Motion" has been moved against the Chief Councilor who is the respondent no.9. It is utter surprising that instead of the Chief Councilor it is the petitioners who are espousing his cause. The petitioners not being persons aggrieved, the writ petition at their instance is not maintainable and is disposed of accordingly. (Jyoti Saran, J) N.H./- U
