The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Gopalganj (Mahila) P.S. Case No.14/18 in Trial no. 2014/19 registered for the offence under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Provision Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in maintenance case No. 73/18 the learned Principal Judge, family court, Gopalganj ordered to pay Rs. 3000/- per months to O.P. No. 2. The petitioner has been paying the same amount regularly.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54493 of 2019(6) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj (Mahila) P.S. Case No.14/18 in Trial no. 2014/19, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
