The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 141 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the two petitioners were stopped and searched by the informant/police personnel. It is stated that no documents with respect to the vehicle was produced by them and thus the FIR.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from their possession.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67949 of 2021(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/2 The FIR does not disclose the name of the owner of the motorcycle. The petitioners are in custody since 29.7.2021 and have no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case.

Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, the petitioners being in custody for more than 8 months and not having any criminal antecedent, the Court directs the two petitioners to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case no. 141 of 2021 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-III, Barh, District-Patna.
