Having regard to the short prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Registrar, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara by filing an appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be disposed of by the Registrar, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara within a period of four weeks thereafter

Patna High Court CWJC No.17065 of 2019(3) dt.21-10-2019 2/2 and in case, the death-cum-retiral dues is found to be payable, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks thereupon.
