2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 498(A), 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against petitioners is of commission of torture and cruelty to the informant for dowry.

4. Petitioner no. 1 & 2 are married Nanad (sister-inlaw) and petitioner no. 3 is father-in-law of the informant. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the informant. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the affairs of the couple.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.

6. However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Naugachia, District - Bhagalpur in connection with Naugachia Mahila P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
