The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was to do free vaccination to the animals. However, the petitioner charged Rs.5 from each owner of the animals for vaccination.

Submission is that the owners have filed affidavit that the petitioner had not charged anything.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date
