10-10-2018 After some argument, Sri Ashutosh Tripathy, learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of Smt. Pushpa Sinha, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, requests for disposal of the present petition so that both petitioners may appear before the court below and pray for regular bail.

The anticipatory bail petition of petitioners in Dehri (Town) P.S.
