This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 354, 341, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. The allegation of attempt to commit rape is against co-accused, Md. Irshad. When the informant complained to the petitioners, who are family members of Md. Irshad, they allegedly committed assault and theft. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with
