2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections-147, 148, 149, 160, 337, 338, 333, 353, 307 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons attacked the police party (enforcement agency) and has taken law in his hand, which is very serious in nature. In the said incident, staff of the hospital also sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has been dragged in the instant case with ill motive.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60297 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 2/2 prayer for anticipatory bail.
