The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 457, 380, 44, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 14.03.2015 while the informant and other police personnel were on patrolling duty at about 1.00 A.M. and when they reached near Ram Sundar Das Mahila College at Gola Bazar one person claiming himself to be the guard of B.S.N.L. Exchange came and informed that he found that the main door of the exchange was open and the lock was broken. When the police personnel reached at the Exchange they saw two persons were carrying battery and on apprehension they
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25078 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 disclosed their name as Ranjit Kumar and Arun Kumar Mahto (petitioner).
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2015 and charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. It is also submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents. The petitioner has been falsely implicated due to village politics. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. in respect of theft of battery.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 82 of 2015. (Sudhir Singh, J) Chandran U T
