The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Aander P.S. Case No. 53 of 2022 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. From perusal of seizure list, it is apparent that nothing has been recovered from the possession of these petitioners. The alleged recovery has been made behind the house of one Pheku Yadav. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
