30-11-2016 The petitioners are mother-in-law and two brothers-in-law of the deceased, who apprehend their arrest in relation to Bhagwanpur Town P.S. Case No. 18 of 2016, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that the husband of the deceased has surrendered and has been remanded to judicial custody on 19.10.2016. In view of the fact, as alleged, the petitioners and the deceased stayed separately.
Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioners, namely, Saimun
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31156 of 2016 (5) dt.30-11-2016 Khatoon, Md. Aatir, Md. Matin, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Bhagwanpur Town P.S. Case No. 18 of 2016, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
