1. The present modification petition has been preferred to correct the father's name of petitioner, which was inadvertently wrongly mentioned in Cr. Misc. No. 21687 of 2023 as "Nawab Yadav" instead of "Dhruv Singh", which is the correct father's name of petitioner.
2. Office is directed to correct the father's name of petitioner accordingly, where same be read as son of "Dhruv Singh" instead of "Nawab Yadav".
3. At this stage learned counsel pointed out that further four weeks' time be allowed to furnish bail bond in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court.
4. Considering the aforesaid submission, petitioner is directed to surrender within four weeks from now before the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70143 of 2023(2) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 learned trial court, whereupon, learned trial court is directed to release the petitioner on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs/ 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with the two sureties of the like amount, in terms of the order dated 16.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21687 of 2023.
5. This order shall be treated as a part of order dated 16.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21687 of 2023.
6. Present modification petition stands disposed of accordingly.
