However, he has certain reservation and would like to verify whether the payment has been done on the right calculation and the right amount as such. Since it is a question of accounting, the Court gives liberty to the petitioner to sit with the competent authority and understand the accounts and they will also have an obligation to provide a chart of the calculation to him. If any discrepancy is found, remedial steps will be taken or else the matter will be allowed to rest.
