More than 150 persons are named in the first information report but petitioner is not named and his name surfaced in this case in course of investigation. The case was registered in the year 2005 and it appears that he could be remanded in this case in the year 2014. It appears that petitioner carries criminal antecedent but it is not clear as to how the name of this petitioner came in this case. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused, Ramadhar Das @ Adhar Das @ Das Ji has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.11.2014 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25898 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 Misc. No. 38452 of 2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarhana at Motihari in connection with Madhuban P.S.
