The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 617 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 333, 341, 342, 353, 307, 379 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion. Further submission is that petitioner is a member of mob. Moreover, the injury is found simple in nature.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.6477 of 2017 (3) dt.08-04-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S.
