The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are family members of the informant. Allegation is that mother-in-law of the informant has, allegedly, executed the sale deed in favour of the petitioners. Subsequently, the mother-in-law was assured by the petitioners to get the sale deed canceled which they have not done.
Considering the nature of relationship, nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioners are females, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8271 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar/Successor Court in connection with Buxar (T) Police Station Case No. 229 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
