JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2024 The present writ has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to remove the illegal encroachment made by the private respondents in Ward No.9 falling in the area of Jamui Nagar Parishad.

(ii). For issuance of necessary directions to the respondents to take action upon the repeated representations made by the petitioner before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9470 of 2014(4) dt.08-05-2024 2/2 various authorities against the said encroachment. (iii). For holding the land in question is the only municipality lane being used by the petitioner and the other residents of the localities, but due to encroachment made by Private respondents, the petitioners ingress and outgress to his land is totally blocked."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
