The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. This is a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Husband is not accused in this case.
Submission is that due to dispute for family property the present false case has been lodged. Petitioners are female. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5220 of 2017 (2) dt.03-03-2017 2/2 of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Saran at Chapra/Successor Court in connection with Rivilganj Police Station Case No.14 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
