The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that informant was ploughing his land which was objected by the co-accused Chhedi Sharma, who assaulted with spade to the informant. It is also alleged against this petitioner that he snatched Rs. 2600/- from the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is agnate of the informant and in the background of land dispute accusation has been levelled. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24808 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 201 of 2011, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
