The petitioners seek modification of the order dated 6.9.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No.10717 of 2016. For the reasons stated in the modification application, let the time fixed for surrender in the order dated 6.9.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No.10717 of 2016 be extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

It is made clear that if the petitioners do not surrender in the court below within the aforesaid period, the anticipatory bail granted in favour of the petitioner vide order dated 6.9.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No.10717 of 2016, shall stand revoked
