Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 and some ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of Arms Act. Petitioners assaulted the aunt of the informant by Lathi and iron rod and caused fracture injury to her. Petitioners are not the assailants of the deceased. No motive has been appended to these petitioners. Petitioners are

Learned counsel appearing for the State and the informant opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is specific allegation against these petitioners that they caused fracture injury to the aunt of the informant. Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody of the petitioners and the fact that petitioners are ladies, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Phulparas PS case No.185/2021.
