Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case filed under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47/57 of Excise Act.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from his possession rather 12 liters of country made liquor has been recovered from the tractor, which the petitioner was allegedly boarding with other persons. As per the allegation petitioner along with another person managed to escape whereas two other persons were apprehended and they disclosed the name of two persons including the petitioner. It is informed that petitioner's antecedent is clean.

No.31351 of 2016 (2) dt.11-08-2016 2 / 2 Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in Sirdalla (Meskaur) P.S. Case No.105/2016, the above named petitioner, Shamsher @ Rajo Manjhi shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nawada subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
