JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 06-02-2025 It is found from the record that against an order passed in Criminal Appeal No. 07/2024 passed by learned Judge, Children's Court, Araria on 20th July 2024, the petitioner has preferred the instant criminal revision.

However, in view of the provision contained in Section 101(5) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, the impugned order is appealable before this Court and the appeal shall lie against the impugned order. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to convert the instant criminal revision to an appeal within one week from the date of this order.
