After the decision of this Court as well as Apex Court in order to fill up 2613 unfilled vacancies out of 34540, the Staff Selection Commission, Bihar has invited objection and the Commission is proceeding ahead to finalize the list for filing up 2613 unfilled vacancies.

In view of the above, no further indulgence is required. The Commission is expected to finalize the list so that appointment may be made against unfilled 2613 vacancies.
