JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in a case for the offences punishable under sections 304B/34 of the I.P.C The prosecution story, in brief, is that the members of in-laws house of the deceased used to demand motorcycle and cash of Rs. 50,000/- and due to non fulfillment of demand the daughter of the informant was killed.

On behalf of the petitioners it has been submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 5.4.2015. The petitioner no.1 is father-in-law of the deceased and petitioner no.2 is Devar of the deceased. The petitioners are separate in mess and property of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26758 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 husband of the deceased. Husband is in custody. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Saran at Chapra in Panapur P.S. Case No. 61 of 2014.
