Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gorea Kothi P.S.case No.83/16 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per FIR there was theft of idol in Pipara Math and the Pujari was suspected and so far this petitioner is concerned it has come during the investigation that he was seen roaming around the Math along with the other accused persons. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that for the same occurrence two cases have been lodged and except that he was seen roaming around, nothing has been found against him.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Siwan in connection with Gorea Kothi P.S.Case No.83 of 2016 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that on release he has to appear before the investigating officer and co-operate in the investigation.
