Counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 29.04.2024 passed in CWJC No. 1838 of 2024, the District Magistrate, Patna has passed a reasoned and a speaking order dated 14.08.2024, whereby and whereunder the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license has been rejected. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 14.08.2024, by availing such remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
