The petitioner apprehend his arrest in Sheikhpura (Kusumbha OP) P.S. Case No. 361 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in brief is that dispute arose between the parties over the draining of water, as a result of which scuffle took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injuries.

It is submitted that both parties are Pattidars. There is case and counter case. Injuries sustained by the injured are found to be simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedents.
