The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Forbisganj P.S. Case No. 176 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section (s) 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners that they have assaulted the mother-in-law and daughter of the informant. The injury report of the mother-in-law and daughter of the informant have been annexed as Annexure-3 series, wherein the doctor has found only abrasion and bruise on the body of the injured.

In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, above named, within six weeks from today in connection with Forbisganj P.S. Case No. 176 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
