The petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2019 in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No.147/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR but has been implicated on the basis of a confessional statement made before the police by one Dhiraj Chandravanshi which has no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that petitioner was taken into custody in connection with the present case and the petitioner has also remanded in another case bearing Kutumba P.S. Case No.72/2019 though he has no connection with the same. Considering the aforementioned facts and
