This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No.3184 of 2017, which is said to have been dismissed in default for non-compliance of the order dated 23.02.2017 passed by this Court.

From the record of Cr. Misc. No.3184 of 2017, it appears that on 03.02.2017, the petitioner was directed to file requisites for issuance of notice to Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3, but that order was not complied with. The case was fixed in Chambers on 28.02.2017, but due to non-compliance of the order by the petitioner, the matter could not be placed in Chambers. In view of such, this Court is not inclined to restore
