2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that only leave encashment has been paid to the petitioner. The relief also relates to payment of group insurance and G.P.F., but the same has not been paid.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State also admits the said fact. Since the parties are admitted that the payment on account of Group Insurance and G.P.F. have not
Patna High Court CWJC No.14567 of 2022(4) dt.11-05-2023 2/2 been paid to the petitioner till date, the concern authority must ensure to make payment of Group Insurance and G.P.F. within a period of three weeks from the date of filing of representation of the petitioner.
4. The Authority must consider that they have admitted the dues on account of Group Insurance and G.P.F. which has not been paid, the same will be released within a further period of two weeks.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
