The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The police apprehended Riyaz Sani who was fleeing away on a motorcycle with other person. On chase Riyaz Sani was apprehended who disclosed the name of the petitioner Azad Ali. Azad Ali has managed to flee away. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 20.02.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about five months. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of the bail petition.
