The petitioner has been placed under suspension under an order dated 15-7-2023, which has been extended by order dated 11-9-2023 for a further period of 3 months. 2.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that continued suspension in itself becomes punitive in nature. It is further submitted that the Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers & Employees) Service Regulations (for short "Regulations") itself has provisions under which remedy can be availed for revoking this suspension, or otherwise. 3.
