The petitioners filed this petition for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 45231 of 2016 and it is submitted that two weeks time preemptory was allowed to remove the defects vide order dated 18.10.2016 but, the defects could not be removed and consequently Cr. Misc. No. 45231 of 2016 was dismissed. The reasons stated for non-compliance of the order appears to be satisfactory. Accordingly, the restoration petition is allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 45231 of 2016 is restored to its original file.
