Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 125 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354 (B), 380, 458, 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that this case has been registered on the basis of complaint petition and during investigation the allegations have not been found true and accordingly, final form was submitted finding the allegations not true vide Final Form No. 95/16 dated 31.07.2016 but thereafter, on the basis of complaint of the informant made before the Superintendent of Police again investigation is going on, resulting,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7091 of 2017 (2) dt.23-02-2017 the petitioners are apprehending their arrest and as such they deserve sympathetic consideration.
Learned APP fairly submits that after completing investigation final form was submitted against the petitioners. In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioners above named, in case of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 125 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
