The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No.87 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Section 364, 302, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation of kidnapping of the brother of informant causing his death.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that during course of investigation on confession of one Mantu Kumar, his name transpired and his self confession is also there that only shows that he was a driver of the vehicle and other accused person who kidnapped the deceased and except that there is nothing against the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody for more than

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Patna City, Patna in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No.87 of 2018, subject to condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court.
