JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 542 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 307, 324, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation against the petitioner that he gave several Chhura blow, causing injury to the informant and also snatched Rs.2,30,000/- cash and Bhujia worth Rs.5,00,000/- from the godown of the informant and locked him inside the godown. The injury report has been enclosed by the petitioner as Annexure-2 wherein it is mentioned that five lacerated wound was found on the person of the informant. Although, the doctor has found that the injuries are simple in nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9540 of 2017 (2) dt.06-03-2017 2/2 On seeing the nature of injuries sustained by the informant caused by a sharp object, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail.
