JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 20-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation petitioner has handed over the Knife to Tunna Singh whereafter both of them have caught hold the victim and Tunna Singh gave knife blow on the chest of Bhola due to which the victim died on the spot. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits there is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, court below is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32631 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 conclude the trial within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
