ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-04-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 10.4.2012, by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Katihar has granted maintenance to the Opposite Party to the tune of Rs.1500/- per month from the date of order in Maintenance case No.130 of 2007 despite the fact that the Opposite Party has remarried. Notices had been issued to the Opposite Party, who confirms that she has remarried on 22.6.2011 i.e. before the impugned order was passed.

In view of such, the application is allowed and the order dated 10.4.2012 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Katihar in Maintenance case No.130 of 2007 is hereby set aside. (Anjana Prakash, J) Narendra/- U T
