The petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2018 in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 364 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act.

Considering the period of custody already undergone and that, save and except one other case, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 364 of 2018.
