The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 420, 406, 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant alleged that the petitioner had taken a loan of Rs. 1,10,000/- but the petitioner did not return the same and, on demand, the petitioner assaulted the complainant. It appears that it is a case of simply borrowing and lending of money. Other accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt
