Taking into consideration that petitioner is one of the F.I.R. named accused, who was caught by the police in presence of the victim, and petitioner does have some criminal antecedent of similar nature of cases, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Bettiah Muffasil ( Manuapul) P.S.Case No. 404 of 2015, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran stands rejected.
