The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 301 of 2022 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b) a, 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that no one has sustained fire arm injury to the informant side. Petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57857 of 2022(3) dt.21-02-2023 2/2 have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4 be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 301 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
