2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 109, 281, 132, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have driven his jeep rashly and negligently and when informant and other traffic personnel tried to stop him, this petitioner, who was driving the jeep, fled away with jeep.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though, there is allegation of driving the vehicle rashly and negligently, no one sustained any injury. Petitioner has got valid driving license. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - 13, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 358 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
