The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that the then Panchayat Secretary Umesh Singh manipulated the documents related to the qualification of the applicants Vivekanand Vivek and Ramdev Yadav and selected and employed Vivekanand Vivek as Panchayat Teacher. It is alleged against this petitioner that he being the

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The thrust of accusation is against Umesh Singh who manipulated all the concerning documents and illegally appointed one Vivekanand Vivek as Panchayat Teacher. The appointment is of the year 2010 whereas the petitioner joined as Panchayat Secretary in the year 2013 and continued till July, 2016 in the concerned Gram Panchayat. The petitioner has given information under R.T.I on the basis of available documents which were available on record. In para 45 of the case diary it has also come that Umesh Singh has not handed over the documents related to Teacher Employment, 2008 to the petitioner.

Case No. 1 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
