Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 231 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 302, 120B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been named in the self inculpatory statement of co-accused Chandan Kumar, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
